Bill Fulkerson founded Fulkerson Development in 2001 with a focus on creating Grade A premier retail properties. Today, Fulkerson Development owns and manages over 250,000 square feet of prime retail space across Southern Indiana, hosting an impressive mix of national and local tenants such as Verizon Wireless, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Kay Jewelers, Computers Plus, Chicken Salad Chick, and Eyemart Express.
